These terms govern your use of carvogue.com and any services provided by CarVogue Garage LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating under the trade name CarVogue.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
CarVogue Garage LLC provides premium automotive protection, detailing, and customisation services including but not limited to paint protection film installation, ceramic coating, window tinting, paint correction, interior customisation, and vehicle detailing.
Service scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to commencement. Verbal agreements do not constitute a binding service contract.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation from CarVogue Garage LLC via email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. In circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure or facility access issues, we will offer the earliest available alternative appointment.
Certain services require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposit amounts are confirmed during the consultation process. Deposits are non-refundable unless CarVogue Garage LLC cancels the appointment without rescheduling.
Full payment is due upon completion of service and prior to vehicle collection. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and cash. Invoices unpaid within seven days of issue may incur a late payment charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, modifications, or conditions relevant to the service requested. CarVogue Garage LLC conducts a vehicle inspection prior to commencing work and documents existing defects.
CarVogue Garage LLC accepts no liability for pre-existing damage not identified during the intake inspection, mechanical or electrical faults unrelated to the service performed, or damage resulting from undisclosed modifications or conditions.
Our liability for any damage caused during service is limited to the cost of rectifying that specific damage, and does not extend to consequential losses, loss of use, or diminution in vehicle value.
Warranty terms vary by service and product. Specific warranty coverage is confirmed in writing at the time of service completion. Warranty claims require the vehicle to be returned to our facility for inspection. Warranties are non-transferable and apply to the original vehicle owner only.
Warranties are void where damage results from improper aftercare, unauthorised modification, accident, or failure to follow the care instructions provided at handover.
Vehicles must be collected within 48 hours of service completion notification. CarVogue Garage LLC reserves the right to charge a storage fee of AED 150 per day for vehicles not collected within this period.
CarVogue Garage LLC accepts no responsibility for vehicles left on premises beyond seven days following service completion.
Where vehicle collection and delivery is offered, it is subject to availability and geographic scope confirmed at booking. CarVogue Garage LLC carries insurance covering vehicles in transit. Any damage must be reported at the point of handover. Claims reported after the vehicle leaves our custody cannot be accepted.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will not incur a charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. No-shows without prior notice will result in full deposit forfeiture.
All content on carvogue.com including text, images, video, brand assets, and design elements is the property of CarVogue Garage LLC and protected under applicable UAE intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
You may use carvogue.com for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, introduce malicious code, or use the site in any way that disrupts its operation or misrepresents CarVogue Garage LLC.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion and without notice.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. CarVogue Garage LLC has no control over third-party content and accepts no responsibility for it.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, CarVogue Garage LLC excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the value of that service as invoiced.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
CarVogue Garage LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published at carvogue.com/terms. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
