A complete behind-the-scenes look at one of CarVogue's most ambitious build projects — a full transformation of a Lamborghini Urus from factory spec to a fully bespoke statement vehicle.
The client came to us with a clear vision: a Lamborghini Urus that looked and performed unlike anything else on Dubai's roads. The project covered full exterior restyling, a bespoke interior transformation, and a suite of performance upgrades — all coordinated and executed within our Dubai facility.
The factory gloss white finish was transformed using STEK DYNOmatte — a satin-finish PPF applied full vehicle. The result is a smooth, premium satin appearance that shifts tone in different light conditions, while simultaneously protecting every surface from stone chips and road damage.
Factory wheels were replaced with a set of forged alloys finished in satin black, paired with performance tyres. Chrome trim elements were deleted across the entire vehicle using a gloss black vinyl, and brake callipers were painted in a custom red to contrast against the dark exterior.
The cabin was transformed using a combination of full-grain black leather and Alcantara for the seats, door panels, and headliner. Custom contrast stitching, carbon fibre trim inserts, and ambient lighting upgrades completed an interior that matched the drama of the exterior.
A high-performance aftermarket exhaust system was fitted to enhance both power output and acoustic character. Combined with a Stage 2 ECU remap, the Urus gained significant improvements in throttle response and torque delivery — making every drive as involving as the vehicle's appearance.
